Randolph Noel 76 of Carrollton, Texas passed away on June 30, 2023.  He was born in Guyana, South America on January 29, 1947. He was a resident at the Remarkable Health Care-Carrollton.

He is survived by a son Okorie Noel of LIttle Elm and several  other family members.

Graveside Services will be held, 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 3, 2023 at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Denton.
