Aaron “Elvis” Reynolds, 67, of Justin, Texas, passed away on January 1, 2026.
Elvis was born on February 18, 1958, in Justin, Texas, where he was also raised. A lifelong and avid hunter, he was most at home in the outdoors. After his passing, friends joked with affection that “the hogs are safe now,” a reflection of both his skill and his larger-than-life presence in the field.
Elvis was known for never having met a stranger. He had a gift for conversation, an easy smile, and a warm nature that drew people in. He was loved by all who had the good fortune to cross his path, from lifelong friends to people he had just met.
He is survived by his siblings, Joe Reynolds, Larry Reynolds, and Carolyn Reynolds, along with countless nieces and nephews who will miss his stories, his humor, and his steady presence in their lives.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 9, 2026, at Bill DeBerry Funeral Home in Denton, Texas, with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. and the service following at 11:00 a.m.
