Alexander Daniel Salas, 22 of Denton passed away on August 27, 2022, in Denton. He was born in Denton on July 27, 2000, to Jessie Ray Salas and Esmerelda Miranda.

We all knew Alex as a funny, outgoing person, always with a huge smile on his face. He was always willing to help out his family and would take his shirt off his back to help friends and family. Many knew him since he was a baby, growing up playing baseball, he also loved fishing and the night time air.

He began following in his dad's footsteps in his passion for motorcycles and started his career working alongside his father in autobody. He was his mother's wild child.

He loved the mischief of pestering his siblings and he would have heart-to-heart conversations in his own way. Alex would do anything to protect them and his family. He loved his younger brother and sister and would help out his mom with them. He will be dearly missed by his fur baby, Dallas.

He is survived by his mother, Esmerelda Miranda, his father Jessie Salas, his daughter, Nova Rose Schofield, fiance, Rachel Gonzalez, sisters Alexious Miranda, and Annie Porras, and brothers, Jesse Salas and Landon Porras, niece Kensley Grace Torres, and nephew Bentley Salas.

The family will receive friends and family on Sunday, September 4, 2022, from 1-3 pm at DeBerry Funeral Directors in Denton, Texas. Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 5, 2022, at 10:00 am in the Chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors.
