Alfred Paul Brandimarte Jr. passed away at his home in Denton, Texas on Saturday, June 8, 2024. He was born in Tampa, Florida on May 28, 1946 to Alfred Paul Sr. and Betty Jo Brandimarte.

Paul enjoyed bowling, automobiles, motorcycles, running, friends, long talks, neighborhood walks and family pets. He served his country in the United States Air Force. Paul earned his Law Degree from the University of Texas (Austin). He worked in the Law Department of Gulf Oil Corporation. Then he joined E.ON, a German energy company, opening their New York office, listing them on the NY Stock Exchange, and serving as the General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Directors.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Alfred Paul Brandimarte Sr. and Betty Jo Cassida.

Paul is survived by his wife Nancy Merritt, sons Alfred Paul, III, (Julie Phillips) and Nathan Merritt Brandimarte (Chelsea French), along with sister Cynthia Brandimarte, grandchildren Summer Willis (Andrew), Ashley McManus (Josh), and Paige, Bella and Tanner Brandimarte, and great grandsons Alfred and August Willis.

His family will hold a private graveside military memorial service.
