Alicia Kaye Creamer, 46, of Denton went to be with the Lord on August 24, 2017 after a brief battle with cancer.  She was surrounded by her family.  Alicia was born on April 23, 1971 in Lawton, OK to Dale Glenn Hinesly and Sandra Kaye (Rhea) Hinesly.  She married the love of her life Lee Creamer January 2, 1993 in Denton and they have two daughters, Karen and Megan Creamer.

Alicia was a Godly woman who loved her family and everyone she met, and Alicia was loved by everyone who knew her.  She was simply the kindest person we ever knew.  She loved watching her daughters grow into the beautiful young ladies they have become.  She graduated from Denton High School in 1989, and received a Bachelor's degree in Gerontology from the University North Texas. She worked for Denton ISD for many years, and most recently was serving as the pastor's administrative assistant at Southmont Baptist Church.

Alicia is survived by her husband, daughters, parents, mother-in-law Charleen Creamer of Denton, sister and brother-in-law Keri and Ken Muir of Carrolton, and brother-in law and sister-in-law Greg and Heidi Creamer of San Antonio, and a large loving family of Uncles, Aunts, Nephews, Nieces, and Cousins.  She will be greatly missed.  She is preceded in death by grandparents Marvin and Alsa Hinesly and Charlie and Foy Rhea, and father-in-law Loyd Creamer.

Visitation will be held Monday, August 28, 2017 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at DeBerry Funeral Directors.  The funeral service will be Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at 11:00 am at Southmont Baptist Church in Denton, TX, burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
