Obituary
Alpha "Leon" Lasater of Denton passed away May 25, 2013 in Flower Mound. Leon was born in Denton on June 14, 1935 to Alpha and Zela Lasater. Leon graduated from Denton High School and attended UNT. He was the Bowling Manager of Bowling and Billiards in Dallas. He was also a member of the First Baptist Church in Lewisville, Tx.
Leon is survived by his companion of 18 years Judy Martin; and brother G.R. Lasater of Lorena, Tx. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Wayne Lasater
There will be a visitation held at DeBerry Funeral Directors on Monday May 27, 2013 from 5-7pm. Funeral service will be held at 10am Tuesday May 28, 2013 at DeBerry Funeral Home with Buddy Owens officiating. Burial will follow at the I.O.O.F Cemetery in Denton.
