Alvin Watson Jones III, 66, of Sanger, Texas, passed away on March 7, 2025, in Denton, Texas. He was born in Denton, Texas, on February 6, 1959, to Bill Gene and (Beth) Ethel MayBeth (Wood) Jones.

Watt was born and raised in Krum. He was a gifted athlete playing basketball in high school. He was married for 30 years and worked at Peterbilt 27 years. He loved the Lord, his family, and his country fiercely. He was a member of Denton Bible Church for over 35 years. He was an easy going but hard worker. Watt was a prankster and always ready with the classic Dad jokes. He enjoyed working outside, mowing, and doing woodwork, anything but sitting still.

He is survived by his wife, Sheree Jones of Sanger, Texas; daughters, Alyssa Johnna Isenhower and her husband, Garrett of Corinth; Ayden Dakota Jones of Sanger; sons, Zachary Nathaniel Jones and his wife, Jessica of Sanger; Elijah Watson Jones of Sanger; brothers, Tim Jones and his wife, Vicki of Krum, Texas, Terry Jones and his wife, Staci of Krum, Ricky Jones and his wife, Kristi of Sanger,  sister-in-law, Donna Jones of Ponder, and his grandson, Oliver Jones, his aunt, Becky Bellar and her husband Dan of Denton, Texas; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, father, and brother, Larry Jones.
