Angela Kay Nelson, of Ponder, passed away on January 2, 2025. She was born in Denton, Texas to Donald Deussen and Peggy Bradley on January 20, 1952.

Angela enjoyed fishing, camping and spending time with family.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Donald Deussen and Peggy Bradley,  her brother, Brad Deussen and granddaughter, Trinity Yeck.

Visitation will be held on Monday, January 6, 2025 from 5:00PM - 7:00PM at DeBerry Funeral Directors in Denton, TX. Angela will be laid to rest at Eakin Cemetery, in Ponder, Texas on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at 10:00AM

She is survived by her husband, Tom Nelson of Ponder. Her daughter and son-in-law, Amy and Randy Rybolt of Ponder. Her brother Larry Deussen and sister-in-law Ginger Deussen from Ponder, TX
Her grandchildren Tyler, Emily, Danielle and Lily, and her 2 great grandchildren.
