Angela Kay Schmucker, 47, of Sanger passed away suddenly on Tuesday, April 19, 2016. She was born August 7, 1968 in Houston. She married Jeremy Schmucker on May 27, 2000 in Wichita Falls at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church.
She was active in PTA at Immaculate Conception School, room mother to many kids, volleyball and soccer coach, previous co-chair at Immaculate Conception Catholic School auction, "Mom's" taxi for the 5 kids, was active in church and was a Lectur on Sundays. Angie was an avid reader and writer of poetry, having proudly been published in the 90's. Angie was a go getter and will be truly missed.
Visitation will be Thursday, April 21, 2016 from 6:00 – 7:00 P.M. with Rosary said at 7:00 P.M. in the chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, April 22, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Bishop Michael Olson as celebrant and Father Tim Thompson co-celebrant. Burial will follow at Sanger Cemetery.
Angela is survived by her husband, Jeremy of Sanger; daughters, Carly and Molly Schmucker; sons, twin boys, Jack and Joseph and Joshua Schmucker, all of Sanger; mother, Cathy Bellars and husband Richard of Llano, step-father, Phil Harding of Kaufman; father, Paul Wohn of Spanish Fort, AL; sisters, Deena Cannon of Flower Mound, Jennifer Steinhagen of Chicago; brother, Erik Knappenberer of Arlington; and in-laws, Gene and Michele Schmucker of Bryan.
