Angelica James passed away peacefully surrounded by family on October 31, 2022 in Denton, Texas.  She was born in Harlingen, Texas on August 15, 1954, to Arturo and Virginia Rodriguez.  She was the youngest of three children.  Angelica enjoyed going to Winstar and Las Vegas.  She also enjoyed cruises with her sister in law's and drives through the countryside with her family.  Angelica had an infectious smile and loved living life, definitely someone you will never forget.

Angelica and her husband Paul James were married for 22 years and were inseparable, he never left her side, from the first day they went boot scootin till her very last breath.  You can see their love was never ending.

Angelica is survived by her husband Paul James, daughter Yvonne (Dominic) Weatherford, son Micheal Rodriguez, stepson Paul (Karen) James, stepdaughter Katie James, two grandchildren Brittani (Aaron) Pombo and Samantha Weatherford.  One great grandson Cabel Pombo.  Father Arturo Rodriguez, brother Juan Rodriguez, and sister Norma Garcia along with many nieces and nephews.

Viewing will be held on Monday, November 7th from 11:30 to 130 p.m. at Bill DeBerry Funeral Home in Denton, Texas, followed by a 2:00 p.m. graveside service at Green Valley Cemetery in Aubrey, Texas.

Angelica will be greatly missed.
