Angelita Garcia Swafford, 55, of Whitesboro, Texas, passed away Friday, September 25, 2020 in Denison, Texas. She was born July 31, 1965 in Robstown, Texas to Panfilo Garcia and Lucia Lopez Garcia. She graduated from Denton High School and Dallas Medical Trade School. She was a Surgical Tech at Baylor Scott White Hospital in Sherman. She married Kenneth Lee "Buster" Swafford in Denton in 2007.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Lee "Buster" Swafford of Whitesboro; daughters, Danielle Williams (William Hofer) of Fort Worth and Cassia Williams of Denton; sister, Alicia Garcia of Corinth; brothers, Ruben "Shorty" Garcia of Pilot Point, Richard Garcia of Questa, NM, and Luis Garcia of Baytown, TX; 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Panfilo and Lucia Garcia and brother, Robert Garcia.

Visitation will be Thursday, October 1, 2020 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at DeBerry Funeral Directors in Denton.
