Anita Kay Sokora's Obituary
Anita Kay Russell Sokora, 55, of Pilot Point, passed away on Sunday, April 22, 2012. She was born on March 29, 1957 in Duncan, OK to Jerry Russell and Myrle Morin. She married Tim Sokora in San Antonio in September 1988 and was a former Elementary Math Teacher.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, April 24, 2012 from 6-8 pm at DeBerry Funeral Directors. The funeral service will be at 10:00 am on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 in the Chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors. A graveside service will follow at 1:00 pm at Cottage Hill Cemetery in Celina, TX with Rev. Brandon Henderson officiating.
Anita is survived by her husband, Tim; mother, Myrle Chapman; daughters, Lindsay, Kelly, and Jill Sokora; step mother, Carol Russell; and Step brothers, Mike and Randy Rose. She is preceded in death by her father, Jerry Russell.
