Anna Rose Berry went to be with the Lord on March 27, 2015. Anna was born June 9, 1930, in Waco, Texas. She graduated from North Texas State and married Charles Ronald Berry on February 4, 1956. They raised two daughters, Susan Carol and Cindy Elizabeth in San Antonio where Charles and Anna spent their careers at Kelly Air Force Base. They retired in Denton, Texas.

Charles and Anna are members of Southmont Baptist Church where they have many dear friends. Anna enjoyed participating in Christian Women's Club and a bible study group where she made wonderful friends. Anna's purpose in life was to serve as a witness for Christ and bring others to know Him.

Anna was preceded in death by her parents, Tipton Orren and Sidna Elizabeth Tate and her siblings, Sydna Elizabeth Tate, Marian Rebecca Lynch, Sue Tate Hunt, Tipton Orren Tate Jr., Wayne Givens Tate and John Will Tate.

Survivors include husband, Charles Ronald Berry, daughter Susan Baker and son-in-law James Baker, and daughter Cindy Smith and son-in-law Darrell Smith. Grandchildren include Michael and Shelley Butler, Jimmy Baker, Kristen Smith and Vanessa and Jeff Zimmerman. Great grandchildren include Blayne and Amanda Butler, Breanna Butler and Noah Zimmerman. In addition, Anna has a nine month old great great grandchild, Waylon Michael Butler. Anna also has many loving nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at Southmont Baptist Church in Denton on Sunday, March 29, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. with a private burial to follow.
