Obituary
Arlene Kent Spinks, 86, of Lake Dallas, passed away on Saturday, October 13, 2012. She was born on December 22, 1925 in Grandfield, OK to Thomas Roy Kent and Fleta Violet Weatherman Kent. She married Robert Lauris Spinks in Shreveport, LA on May 9, 1947, and was a member of the Willowwood Church of the Nazarene.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, October 16, 2012 from 6-8 pm at Willowwood Church of the Nazarene, 1513 Willowwood St., Denton, TX 76205. The funeral service will be on Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at 10:00 am at Willowwood Church of the Nazarene with Rev. Mark Ramsey and Rev. Bruce Chamberlain officiating. Burial will follow at Swisher Cemetery in Lake Dallas. Memorials may be made to the Willowwood Church of the Nazarene Building Fund.
Arlene is survived by her husband, Robert; daughters, Angela Baker, Fonda Gaynier, and Debra Jones; sisters, Nelda Young and Janice Burch; 11 Grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren.
