Arthur Delvert Finley passed away on Sunday, May 29, 2022 in Denton, Texas with his loving wife by his side.

He was born on April 17, 1952 to Donald and Celestine Finley in Cleveland, Ohio. Arthur served as a United States Marine. He then was called to serve as a Sherriff's Deputy in Cuyahoga, Ohio and as a Sargent at Casselberry Police Department in Casselberry, Florida.

After retirement, he enjoyed spending time with his wife, daughters, weenie dogs, and grandchildren. Arthur loved to fish and hunt and share stories of his time in the police force with his wife and grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his father Donald Finley, mother Celestine Finley, brother Timothy Finley, and his Aunt Ann and Uncle Al Arrowood.

Arthur is survived by wife: Linda Finley, daughters; Colleen Finley, Alice Schrader, husband Jeremy and their children Jacob and Joshua. Kady Irene Finley and son Salem Arthur- Scott Graczyk, and Kasey Passmore, husband Tyler and son Riley. Sister; Linda Finley Josefczyk husband "Johnny" brother Donnie Finley, and Michael Finley, cousins: Tina Moyers, and Charlotte Finley and countless other family members and friends.

Memorial services will be held in July at Lakeshore Baptist Church.
