Barbara McGee, 84, passed away on Friday, May 17th. She was born on November 16, 1928 in Bells, Texas to Albert and Ada Gilliam. Barbara married George McGee on August 24, 1949 and has been a part of the Denton community for more than 36 years. She graduated from TWU and was a member of Denton Bible Church, with a passion of ministering and teaching to women for many years. She touched many lives and was a great blessing to all.



She is survived by her daughters, Stacey and husband Bob Boso, Monya and husband Rusty Satterfield; and two grandson's Conley and Luke Satterfield; all of Denton, Texas. Barbara is preceded in death by her husband, and her parents.



Visitation will be Wednesday, May 22, 2013 from 6pm to 8pm at DeBerry Funeral Directors. The funeral service will be 1pm Friday at the Denton Bible Church, 2300 E. University Drive, Denton.
