Barbara Yager, 74 of Denton passed away Saturday night January 26, 2019 at the Denton Good Samaritan Village.  She was born September 2, 1944 in Buffalo, NY to Galen and Jeanette Mueller Beeman.

She graduated from Eden Central High School in Eden, NY and attended Practical Bible Training School in Johnson City, NY.  She was retired from Kroger.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 from 2:00 P.M.- 3:00 P.M. one hour prior to the funeral service in the Chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors with Rev. Hank Demous officiating.

Barbara is survived by her daughter, Marcia Yager of Denton, son, David Yager of Tulsa, OK, aunt, Gladys Taft of North Collins, NY, cousins, Kathy Schwertfager of Lawtons, NY and Lynn Davenport of Hamburg, NY.  She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Janet Beeman.
