Belda Carol McNeely, age 57, passed away on August 9, 2020 in Denton, Texas. Carol was born in Denton, TX to Emery Carter and Willie Fern Carter.

She is survived by her sister, Linda Carter of Denton, Bonnie Raney and husband Terry of Alabama, Beverly Koliba of Denton, Berna Beck and husband Bill of Aubrey, her brother, Loren Carter and wife Deenna of Grant City, Mo., and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father, sisters, Brenda Carter, Barbara Carter, Benita Barks, and brother Emery Carter Jr.

A family Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
