Obituary
Bernice Waldrop, 88, of Denton, passed away on Tuesday, April 9, 2013. She was born on December 16, 1924 in Kingsland, Arkansas to Harlie Bryant and Senora Elizabeth McCoy Bryant. She married Robert Waldrop on December 24, 1941. He preceded her in death in 1997.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 11, 2013 at 2:00 pm at Roselawn Memorial Park with Pastor Edgar Gatlin officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Arkansas Children's Hospital, http://www.archildrens.org/.
Bernice is survived by her daughters, Theresa McElroy and husband William of Pearland and LaDonna Shirey and husband Jim of Denton; 3 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband; her parents; sister, Winona Bryant Cox; and brothers, Clifton, Lester, and Thomas Bryant.
