Betty Lou Dansby passed away peacefully in Denton, Texas on Friday, September 15, 2023 at the age of 90. She was born in Valley Mills, Texas to John and Lula (Hewitt) Howard.

Betty and Charles were married on November 22, 1950, and shared a beautiful life together for 68 years until Charles' passing in 2018.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Dansby and her son, Robert Dansby.

She is survived by her daughter Debbie Rhodes, Kay Scott and her husband Bob, son Pat Dansby and his wife Bridget, of Denton, and twelve grandchildren, and nineteen great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at DeBerry Funeral Directors in Denton, Texas, on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at 11:00 AM.
