Obituary
Betty Ann Howell, 75, of Denton went to be with the Lord on December 29, 2016 in Denton, Texas. She was born on January 20, 1941 in Alfalfa, OK. to Stewart and Lois Willis. She married the love of her life Gene G. Howell in 1958.
Betty loved being in nature looking at birds, flowers and all of God's creations. She loved life, her family and church family. She loved traveling with her husband in an eighteen wheeler truck seeing the country. She visited many wonderful places and never met a stranger. Betty was a prayer warrior for many and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Betty is survived by her husband of 57 years, Gene G. Howell, sons, Mike Howell of Austin, Texas, Monty Howell and wife Anice of Coweta, OK, grandchildren, Monty Jr. Howell and Mindy Howell and extended family members.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Stewart Willis and Lois Willis Dirickson, brother, Wesley Willis and sister, Ronda Willis Smith.
Visitation will be Thursday, January 5, 2017 from 5-7 P.M. at DeBerry Funeral Directors. A Memorial Service will be held 10:30 A.M., Friday, January 6, 2017, at the Denton Bible Church Chapel.
