Beverly O'Hurd Teegarden, 88, of Sanger, passed away on Sunday, June 29, 2014. She was born on April 6, 1926 in Peabody, KS to Walter O'Hurd and Ellen Burkhead O'Hurd. She married Tom Teegarden in Denver, CO in 1952, and was an Administrative Assistant to the Dean of Nursing at Texas Woman's University in Dallas.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 3, 2014 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the American Cancer Society.

Beverly is survived by her husband, Tom; daughter, Shelly Teegarden Barnes; son, Mark Jay Teegarden; sister, Jeri Oldfather; 5 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild. She is preceded in death by her parents; and her daughter, Randi Susan Wray.
