Billy Joe Eaton of Justin, Texas passed away on May 5, 2017 in Decatur, Texas. He was born in Snyder, Texas to Harvey and Bertha (Woodall) Eaton on January 26, 1936. He served in the United States Navy and worked for the U.S. Post Office.

He married Faye Watkins on July 3, 2002 in Wichita Falls, Texas.

He is survived by his wife, Faye Eaton of Justin, sons; Stephen Paul Eaton of Newark, Texas, Scott Allen Eaton and his wife Lori of The Colony, Texas, step-daughter, Jennifer  Rehn of Venus, Texas, sisters; Martha Louise Garrison of Wichita Falls, Betty Lou Haswell of Iowa Park, Texas, Katheryn Mae Eaton of Guthrie, Oklahoma, five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Justin Church of Christ in Justin, Texas on Friday, May 12, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. Interment will be at Highland Cemetery in Iowa Park at a later date.
