Billy Gene Foss, 66, of Ponder, passed away Friday, October 30, 2015 at his residence. He was born August 21, 1949 in Sheridan, WY to Cecil and Elsie Mae Kelsey Foss. He married Mickey Dee Badget on April 1, 1969 in Sheridan, WY.
A memorial service will be Monday, November 2, 2015 at 12:00 Noon in the chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors with the Rev. Sam Redfearn officiating.
Billy is survived by his wife, Mickey of Ponder; daughters, Tenna Lee Armstrong and husband, Scott of Syracuse, UT, Jessie Foss Lindsey and husband John of Krum; sons, Jason Foss and wife Kimberley of Ponder, Greg Leeds and wife Lynnea of Billings, MT; sister, Sherri Powers of Breckenridge, TX; 16 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren
