On August 10, 2014, Bobbie Ann (Starnes) Ouellette passed away peacefully at her home in Krum TX, with her family surrounding her. Bobbie was born on June 16, 1945 to Johnnie (Cross) and Glen Skipworth, and was raised in Carrollton, TX.

Bobbie was a very successful Dog Groomer throughout her life. She had multiple locations with her business, but her final location was in Krum TX where she was very well known and loved by her community. She was known by her family to jump in her car and chase thunderstorms when she saw them brewing. She loved to watch the lightening, and listen to the rain.

Bobbie met Don Ouellette in Lake Dallas, and they married on January 29, 2002. Together they enjoyed life and made many memories, while also enjoying their many grandchildren.

Bobbie is survived by her husband Don, her sons Robert Penny (Kristine), Tommy Penny (Cindy Freeland), and Bobby Shane Starnes (Katrina Chancellor), her grandchildren Justin, Jennifer, Dwayne, Tiffany, Jacob, Alissa, Tyler, Paige, Shaylee, Casie, Kylee and Reese, and great-granddaughter Ava, and two special people she considered her own as well, Dyron Bynum, and Tobey (Penny) Clayton. She is preceded in death by her father Glen, and a son, Shawn.
