Bobby Glen Breeding passed away May 14, 2026, in Denton, Texas after a brief illness. He was 97 years old. Bob was born in Cookeville, Tennessee, on May 4, 1929, and the family later moved to Granite, Oklahoma.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 69 years, Mamie Beth Breeding, and brothers Gene, Bill, Sam, Wendel, Max, Doyle and sister Sue Dempsey along with parents Jere and Dona Breeding. Bob is survived by daughters Susie Breeding, and Linda Holloway (Paul) and son, David Breeding (Maribel); grandsons Brandon (Kelly) Holloway, Carson and Drake Breeding; great grandchildren Reid and Graham Holloway; and sister-in-laws Judy Strickling (Jim), Jane Breeding, and Melba Breeding, and a number of nephews and nieces.
Bob worked in the oil business and owned Bobby Hot Oil Services operating in 5 states. He worked and lived in Perryton, Texas, Borger, Texas, and Guymon, Oklahoma. He was a member of Singing Oaks Church of Christ.
Bob and Beth, enjoyed traveling and especially loved Red River and Sante Fe, New Mexico and South Texas, when they became snowbirds. Bob loved tending to his tomato plants, participating in basketball, UNO, music and activities at Willow Bend Assisted Living.

Services will be at DeBerry Funeral Home, 2025 West University, Denton, Texas, 76201, on Monday, May 18, 2026, at 10 am.
