Bobby Norvel McLain, 78 of Denton passed away on March 17, 2017 in Denton, Texas.
He was born on October 21, 1938 in Alvord, Texas to James Herschel and Oma May (Finch) McLain.

He was job placement director for ATI Technical School before his retirement. He attended Denton Bible Church and was a graduate of Denton High School
He is survived by his nieces and nephews, Arlene Smith of Aubrey, LaFonda Hunt of Krum, Ronnie McLain of Denton, Adrian McLain of Dallas and Elvin McLain of Bowie.
He is preceded in death by his mother and father, brothers; Clayton McLain, A.G. McLain, Eldon McLain and nephew Dennis McLain.

The family will receive friends at DeBerry Funeral Directors on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 from 6-8 P.M. Services will be held in the Chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. with interment to follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Denton.
