Obituary

Brandon "B" Carpenter was a loving son, brother, uncle, husband, friend and father. He was taken suddenly after a tragic accident in Denton on Monday, March 21, 2022 at the young age of 41.

He was born on April 22, 1980 in Denison, Texas. Brandon grew up and spent most of his life in and around Denton, Texas. He graduated from Ryan High School in 1998, and had a long career in landscape design and pest control. He was very successful in his career and received numerous awards throughout the years including industry top producer, top salesman, and excellence in safety. He was admired and respected by everyone he worked with.

On September 22, 2007 he married his soulmate, Lauren Zello. They went on to have 2 boys, Zachary and Zane, which he fiercely loved and adored. Brandon was a very involved father and always wanted to be with his children. He was a coach for their baseball and soccer teams, and you could always find him outside riding bikes, fishing, or playing catch with them. Lauren would often come outside and find all the neighborhood kids playing at their house with Brandon and the boys. He loved to spoil and shower his wife and kids with gifts. He made every holiday, birthday, and Christmas extra special to show his love. He was the definition of the best husband and father. Brandon loved to cook and it brought him much joy to take care of his family. He also had a deep love for outdoor adventures, animals and football. B was a Dallas Cowboys fan for life.

Brandon was one of the good guys. He had a huge heart and he always put others before himself. He would go out of his way to help anyone, even people he didn't know. B was kind, loving, compassionate, gentle, caring and the embodiment of sunshine. He had the most infectious smile, same as his personality, and he was the light in the room.

Brandon is survived by his wife Lauren, his two children Zachary and Zane, his parents Mike and Sheila Carpenter, his sister and brother-in-law Kacie and Ryan Harrigan, his father and mother-in-law Mark and Patti Zello, brother and sister-in-law Shane and Dora Stephens, aunts Connie Bartalomy and husband Fred, Kathy Lovelace and Denise Hope, uncles Jason McKenzie and wife Eva, Fred Worthington, Todd Carpenter, nephews Corben and Jet Stephens, nieces Hailey Lopez and Chloe Reyes, and numerous cousins.
