Obituary
Brenda Sue Black, 62 of Royse City passed away Monday, September 16, 2013. She was born January 19, 1951 in Wichita Falls to Arlice Barnes and Mallie Irene Haddox Barnes Rees. She graduated from Kennedy High School and attended Lakeshore Church in Rockwall. She was a cafeteria manager for the Denton I.S.D. She married Timothy Black on June 22, 1968 in Anaheim, CA.
Graveside services will be Saturday, September 21, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Cooper Creek Cemetery in Denton with Pastor Clarence Parker officiating.
She is survived by her husband, Timothy Black of Royse City; daughters, Tina Brazeal of Fate, Heather Phelps of Sunset; son, Chris Black of Denton; brother, Roney Barnes of Buena Park, CA; and 9 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents.
