Brenna Quinn Nay, 28, of Denton, passed away at home on April 2, 2016. She was born in Battle Creek, Michigan to Roger and Amy (Jones) Nay on August 25, 1987. She moved with her family to Texas in 1997 where she attended Flower Mound Schools. Brenna was a gifted artist and especially enjoyed painting. One of her biggest passions was for animals of all kind and she loved volunteering at the Denton Animal Shelter where she would hold and bring comfort to the smallest dogs. She was a proud Aunt and she loved and adored her niece and nephew most of all.
She is survived by her mother and father, sister, Ashleigh (Christopher) Rouse of Corinth; niece, Elliette Parks and nephew Wesley Rouse; paternal grandmother, Phyllis Nay of Battle Creek, MI; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family will receive friends at DeBerry Funeral Directors in Denton, Texas on Tuesday, April 5, 2016 from 6-8PM. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at 10:00 AM.
