August 31, 1960 – July 14, 2025
Brent Noles, 64 of Era, Texas formerly of Navo, Texas, passed away Monday, July 14, 2025, at Medical City Hospital of Dallas. He was born August 31, 1960 at Flow Memorial Hospital in Denton to Tommy Wilson and Regina Cotter Noles. He attended Denton Public Schools. He was a Methodist and a member of the former Elm Ridge church in Navo.
Following high school, Brent worked for several area employers, including the Pilot Point Sale Barn, the Hudspeth family, W.B. Hudspeth, Martindale Feed, Noles Enterprises LLC of Denton, and Fulton Supply & Recycling Inc., both in Denton and Gainesville. He was also a long-time supporter of the Denton County Youth Fair. Brent deeply loved family. In his later years, he spent his time working with and caring for his father, TW. They shared a love for cattle and farming. He also had a passion for trucking and spent many years hauling various types of loads.
The family will be at DeBerry Funeral Directors on Sunday, July 20, 2025, from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. for visitation. Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 21, 2025, at 10:30 am in the Chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors with Brant Carpenter officiating. Brent will be laid to rest at the Zion Cemetery in Little Elm.
Brent is survived by his father Tommy Wilson "TW" Noles of Era, sister, Karen Bryant and husband Jason of Harrison, AR, sister, Sandy Noles and husband John of Jacksboro, TX, brother, Steve Evans of Pilot Point, TX, brother-in-law Jerry Scott of Alpena, AR, daughter Kari Shea Hawkins and husband Kyle of Denton TX, Grandchildren, Kylee and Karsten Hawkins. Dad, Biff Summers of Alpena, AR. and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.
The Pallbearers will be David Sanders, Todd Reider, Rodney Fuller, Rodney Dennis, Tommy Allen, Justin Roberts, Brady Ewton, & Beau Ewton.
Brent was preceded in death by his mother Regina Kathryn Summers; his mom Edna Noles; and sisters, Debbie Evans and Kathy Scott.
