Brian David Anderson 66 of Denton passed away at home on Sunday, May 11, 2025.  He was born in Denton on November 10, 1958, to Arnold and Bette Speake Anderson.

He attended Denton public schools where he played football for Denton High Broncos. He graduated from North Texas State University, now University of North Texas. He was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. Brian was the owner of the Time Out Sports Bar which was the first sports bar in Denton. He has played in numerous bands. He was the Treasurer of the Spring Creek Cemetery Foundation.

Visitation will be on Saturday, May 17, 2025, from 10:00 to 11:00 am in the Chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 am with a burial to follow at the Spring Creek Cemetery in Cooke County, Texas.

Brian is survived by his mother Bette Speake Anderson, his sister Sheila Anderson Houston, his nephew Brett Houston, his niece Lauren Houston Pecoraro and spouse Chris Pecoraro and their 2 children Ellie and Hattie.

He was preceded in death by his father Arnold Henry Anderson.
