Brian Robert Hartford of Dallas passed away on April 13, 2018 in Dallas, Texas. He was born on October 6, 1979 to Geoffrey and Rebecca (Hoffman) Hartford in Austin, Texas.

Brian had a kind and compassionate heart that showed not just in his words, but his actions.  His love extended from his family and friends, but to all of those in need.  He had a gift for engineering and designing projects at work, but even more for people he loved.  Growing up, you could always find him fishing or throwing baseballs with his dad.  As a young man, he was always taking care of the girls in his life, by designing home projects for his love, Caitlin, or creating gardens for his mother.  His kindness and gifts called him to build shelters for homeless dogs in his neighborhood, to protect them from winter storms.  His compassion made our world a more beautiful place.

Brian graduated from Northwest High School in 1997 and attended Texas A&M before finding his calling in the Audio Visual Industry.  Anyone that knows Brian knew that any gathering without him won't be the same without his humor and laughter.

He is survived by his longtime partner and love of his life, Caitlin Forbes of Dallas, his mother and father, Rebecca and Geoff Hartford of Valley View, Texas, and his lil' big sis, Tara Hartford of Sanger, Texas.  Brian, "Uncle B", will always be admired and cherished by his nephew, Skyler and niece, Bonnie.  Brian also leaves behind his two beloved furbabies, Tucker and Daisy.

A memorial service will be held on April 21, 2018 at St. Barnabas Episcopal Church in Denton, Texas at 2:00 PM.
