Barry "Bull" Combs passed away peacefully at home with family on 01/21/2022 after awaiting a heart and kidney transplant.  He was born on 02/13/1963 in Greenville Texas to Mickey C. Combs and Sandra Stone Latham.

Bull was a man who approached life with 150% enthusiasm.  His primary goal was to make people laugh and be happy.  He operated Bull's Pest Control, an environmentally friendly company, for many years but also was passionate about competitive bodybuilding, making music (a talented singer & harmonica player), making gemstone jewelry (giving most of it away), buying and selling semiprecious rocks and crystals, and hunting/ fishing.  He served his community for many years as a Reserve Police Officer in Borger and Denton Texas.  He also bred and trained Rottweilers and Australian Shepherds for a time.

Bull is predeceased by his parents and grandparents.  He is survived by his daughter Amber Combs Deel (husband Steven): his son Kameron Combs (partner Amie Myers) their combined nine children; and one great grandchild, all from North Carolina; brothers Jay Combs (Donna), Nathan Meier and sisters Kim Conoly  (Jason), Mandy Martinez (Alfredo) and their combined children.  Bull also loved Amy Jones, Leah Smith and Billy Bennett III (among others) as his own children, by choice. Bull is also survived by a host of friends, too many to list, who were all very special to him but most close are the most loyal friend ever, his Aussie Doc; Howard and Roberta Rosario; Robert and Lisa Hunt, Dave Widmer and Dana Miller and husband, Denis Canuel.

Bull chose to be cremated and there will be no formal service.  He was a devout Christian and looked forward to spending eternity with his Lord and Savior.  A small Celebration of Life was held on 01/23/2022, per his request.
