Carolyn Sue Elliott passed away on August 24, 2026, in Sherman, Texas. Carolyn Elliott grew up in Dale City TX. She moved to Plainview TX where she met Gary Elliott, her husband of 42 years. Carolyn was the best mother anyone could have asked for. She was also a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend to so many. She loved to cook and enjoyed family gatherings. She loved being around family as much as possible. Carolyn was an amazing seamstress and special education bus driver for many years. She devoted herself to people. Carolyn was a devoted Christian even when times where tough. Carolyn is survived by two daughters Denise and John Whitfield of Ardmore OK. and Dawn and Mark Kelley of Baytown TX. Five grandchildren Teresa Whitfield, Megan Elliott, Brittany Elliott, Shelby and Zeke Caudill, Randy and Jessica Whitfield. Six great grandchildren Ezekiel, Charlie, Rosalie, Anthony, Nolan and Rossalyn. Preceded in death are her husband Gary Elliott and her son Bryan Elliott. Carolyn went by LALA in her later years as a grandmother. You will be missed greatly, and We love you to the moon and back.
