Carolyn Sue Lauderdale, 63, of Denton went to be with our lord Friday, March 15th at Medical City Dallas. Carolyn was born October 31st 1949 in Gainesville, Texas to Troy and Robbie Davis. She attended Denton High School. She worked at Moore Business Forms for several years and was currently working for Watson-Chalin in McKinney. Carolyn was a true believer in Christ and is happy and healthy with her loved ones who preceded her.

Her favorite time of the year was Christmas. She would start at Thanksgiving decorating every room with Santa Clauses and Christmas trees. She enjoyed seeing her son and grandchildren and opened her home for all to see. Carolyn is survived by her companion of 17 years, Jim Evans, her mother Robbie Kelly of Denton, two sisters and brother-in-laws, Margaret and Tommy Pirkle of Sanger, Mary and Roger Little of Denton. Son and daughter-in-law, Matt and Christina Atkins of Denton. Four grandchildren, Jake, Cara, Jack, and Lily Atkins of Denton.

A memorial service will be held at Green Valley Baptist Church in Aubrey, Texas Saturday March 23, 2013 at 11:30am. It is her preference in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Cancer Research of your choice.
