Carolyn Faith Walding passed away in Denton, Texas on Wednesday, November 26, 2025. She was born in Crosby, Texas to Harry and Doris Lindstrom on February 5, 1939. Carolyn married the love of her life Harold Walding on September 7, 1957. She enjoyed spending time with her kids, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband Harold, parents and brother Larry Lindstrom. She is survived by her children Chris Walding (wife Cindy), Elyse Curtsinger (husband David), and Brian Walding (wife Tressa), grandchildren: Justin Curtsinger, Lacey Smith (husband Josh), Josh Walding, Ben Walding (wife Kayla), Colby Walding (wife Madison), Collin Walding (wife Kara), Tiria Martin (husband Blake), Tarra Beale (husband Cody), and great grandchildren: Levin Smith, Davie Smith, Rylee Walding, Truett Martin, Blakely Martin, Kiele Beale, Brody Renfro, Wes Walding, and Chandler Walding. Carolyn is also survived by her sister Beth Duncan (husband Mark) as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Friday, December 5, 2025, at DeBerry Funeral Directors. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 am, Saturday also at DeBerry Funeral Directors.
