C.B. Robinson II, 87, of Denton passed away on May 9, 2017 in Denton, Texas. He was born on April 19, 1930 to Glenn and Alice (Richardson) Robinson in Joplin, Missouri.

He was a Pilot in the U.S. Air Force. He married Cecelia Contrata in Dallas, Texas on April 22, 1957.

He retired as a Captain from American Airlines in 1990.
He is survived by his wife, Cecelia Robinson of Denton, daughters; Sheila Adlof and husband Kent of Frisco and Katherine Elder and husband Shawn of Corinth, Texas, sons; Stephen Robinson and wife Linda of Ft. Worth, Christopher Robinson and wife Kari of Carrolton, Texas, Kenneth Robinson and wife Kelly of Plano, Texas and Douglas Robinson and wife Stacy of Richardson, Texas, fourteen grandchildren, sister, Mary Jo Smith of Oklahoma, brothers, Frank Robinson of Arlington, Richard Robinson of Bartlesville, Oklahoma and Don Robinson of Arkansas

He is preceded in death by his mother, father and sister, Glenna Barnes.

A rosary will be said on Monday night, May 15, 2017 from 6-7 PM with visitation to follow until 8 P.M. A mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at St. Mark Catholic Church in Argyle, Texas at 10:00 A.M. Interment will follow at the DFW National Cemetery in Dallas, Texas.
