Charles Wayne Morgan, Sr. went to our Heavenly Father on March 13, 2013, after a lengthy illness. He was born December 25, 1940 in Nashville, Tennessee where he attended Goodlettsville High School.

In 1958, he married Ruby Patterson (Holloway). Surviving children are Connie Nowakowski (Tom), Chuck (Darrell) and Chris (Lisa). He graduated from Whites Ferry Rd. Church of Christ Ministry School (US and Russian ministries) and in 2000, he married Svetlana Markova. Surviving children are Anastassia, Cassaundra and Stephania. He is also survived by 6 grandsons; 3 granddaughters; 2 great granddaughters; 1 great grandson; 2 sisters; and 3 brothers. He is preceded in death by his father, Virgil Marlin; mother, Julia Richards; and siblings, Irene, Debbie and Donnie Richards.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 15, 2013 from 6:00 to 7:30 pm at DeBerry Funeral Directors. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2013 at 3:00 pm at Singing Oaks Church of Christ.
