Charles Daniel Pryor passed away Thursday,  March 25, 2021 in Denton, Texas. He was born in Whitesboro, Texas to John and Mamie Pryor on November 24, 1935. Charles enjoyed racing, working on cars, growing the biggest garden in town and his family. He is preceded in death by his parents and his son, Earnest Charles Pryor, and his daughter, Donna Sue Tawater and grand daughter Moria Diane Hilliard.

Visitation will be held Saturday, April 3, 2021 from 10 AM to 11 AM at DeBerry Funeral Directors with funeral services starting at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Dixie Cemetery in Whitesboro.

Charles is survived by his wife Glenda Pryor, his son Matt Pryor and wife Mycca, daughters, Peggy Meeker, Bazie Lilljedahl and husband Jeff, Betty Fedele and husband Eddie and Jo-Lee Pryor, Step son Clay Fox and wife Michelle. Grand sons, Charlie Easter, Wesley Cohoon and wife Amber, Jacob Meeker and wife Christy, John Meeker, Matthew Pryor and wife Paige, Joshua Pryor, Zachary Burns,  Emilio Fedele, Luke Pryor,  Shawn Fox and wife Laura. Grand daughters, Dusty Hilliard, Brandi Hilliard, Ashley Brand, Lindsey Cordova and husband Matt, Alex Fedele, Amanda Pryor, Kathleen Pryor, Angie Fox and a multitude of great grand kids.
