Obituary
Charles Anthony Townsend, 54, passed away in Tennessee. He was born on March 21, 1959 in Denton to Robert William Townsend and Opal Charlene Alexander Townsend. He was a 1977 graduate of Denton High School.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 from 6-8 pm at DeBerry Funeral Directors. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 25, 2013 at 11:00 am at Roselawn Memorial Park with Rev. Bob Joyce officiating.
Charles is survived by his fiancé, Susan Clifford Allen; daughters, Mary Christina Townsend, Tara Dawn Knarr, and Toni Darlene Wood; sons, Charles Michael Townsend and Brandon Wasson; mother, Charlene Townsend; sisters, Lisa Gaye Demore and Kathy Jane Butler, and 12 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert; his sister, Tamara Inez Faulkner; his brother, Robert Wayne Townsend; and grandson, James Fugett.
