Cheryl Coffman Hudgens 70 of Denton passed away Thursday morning at the William Clements Hospital in Dallas.  She was born February 3, 1947 in Downey, CA. to Duard and Mildred Pounds Coffman. She attended Midland Lee High School and the University of North Texas.  Cheryl was a member of the Southmont Baptist Church in Denton.  She was the Chief Financial Officer for Executive Marking Insurers.

Cheryl is survived by her daughter, Marli Kay and husband, Michael of Hickory Creek, son, Brett Hudgens and wife Natalie of Carlsbad, Ca., brother, Kenny Coffman and wife Andrea, two grandsons, Tyler Kay and Jacob Kay, nieces and nephews, Jana and Eric Gunderson and their children and grandchildren along with Dorothy Moore, Mark Reeves, Donald Reeves and families.

She is preceded in death by her father, Duard Coffman, mother, Mildred Coffman and sister, Anita Coffman.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday August 29, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. at DeBerry Funeral Directors in Denton, Texas.
