IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Cheryl Louise
Lublin
August 13, 1944 – February 20, 2023
'cherished wife, mother, grandmother and friend.'
Cheryl Lublin, 78, of Sanger, Texas passed away on February 20, 2023, in Denton, Texas.
Cheri, to her friends, was born in Bakersfield, CA on August 13, 1944, the youngest of eleven children, born to Cyril and Fontella Woolstenhulme.
Cheri was a self-taught creative wunderkind and wasn't afraid to take on any new project. Including, but never limited to floral arranging, painting, sewing, decorating, craftwork, upholstery, even tackling the odd power tool, of which she owned many.
Cheri was a collector and curated everything from antique tea sets, ceramics, glassware, teddy bears, Father Christmases, cookie jars, vintage dolls, shoes, collectable model cars and more.
She led an active and energetic lifestyle and even became licensed to drive an eighteen-wheeler rig to hit the road with husband Myron. That chapter was short lived, much to Cheri's delight.
Cheri's happiest days were spent surrounded by dogs, chocolate, and crafts.
Her health began to decline in 2016 when she required reconstructive heart surgery that resulted in many complications and aftereffects. She navigated her way through multiple additional health conditions, ultimately succumbing to complications that arose from a major stroke she suffered in September of 2022.
Cheri is survived by her husband of fifty-eight years, Myron Lublin and her five adult children, Glen Richard (wife Taya) of California, Diana Linn of Idaho, Nanci Kaye (husband Nate) of Texas, Brad Anthony of Washington, and Paul Douglas (wife Jodie) of Illinois. Grandchildren, Jared Beal (wife Ashley) of Idaho, Kaylinn Gozart (husband Ben) of Utah, Trey Beal, Idaho, and Taylor Chavez (husband Marvin) of California.
Cheri was preceded in death by her mother, father, two sisters and seven brothers.
Cheri was a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, and friend and will be deeply missed.
