Coy Alan Davis, 50, of Denton passed away Wednesday, June 3, 2015 in Denton, TX. He was born September 10, 1964 in Johnson City, TN to Edward L. and Ruth Hensley Davis. He married Kathy Farmer on March 17, 2012 in Sanger, TX.

Visitation will be Sunday, June 7, 2015 from 3:00 – 5:00 PM at DeBerry Funeral Directors. Funeral service will be Monday, June 8, 2015 at 10:30 AM in the chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors with Rev. Stephen Hatfield officiating. Burial will follow at Mountain Park Cemetery in Saint Jo, Texas.

Coy graduated Coppell High School and spent his professional career in logistics. His interest included NASCAR, hunting, and the great outdoors.

Coy is survived by his wife, Kathy Davis of Sanger; daughters, Toree Marie Davis and fiancé Curry Harrelson of Corinth, TX; Cheyenne Lee Davis, of Lewisville, TX; mother, Ruth D. Macauley of Denton; father, Edward L. Davis and wife Debbie of Laguna Vista, TX; brother, Tom Davis and wife Sherri of Montague, TX and granddaughter, Aleigha Faye Davis and step-grandson Cole Harrelson plus numerous extended family and friends.
