Crystal Janene Glenn, "Cryssie" was born December 9, 1946. She was born on a cold winter night in Chicago, Illinois. She lived in several places, but made her home in Red Bud Pointe on Lake Grapevine. She was able to be home for her last days with us with views of lake just outside her window. She went to be with the Lord on Saturday August 6, 2016.

She is survived by her son Trevor Glenn, his wife Niecey and their two children Trayson and Karina. Her daughter Robyn Nelson, husband Jay and their two children Christian and Caolan. Her older sister Cheryl Campbell, and younger brothers, Chick, Brad, Pete, and Blake Edwards. Along with many other nieces, nephews, that she loved deeply.

She was reunited in heaven with her son Trayson Wayne (1974), her grandson Cage Nelson (2014) and mother Marilyn (1997) and father Charles Edwards (1977).

Cryssie was lucky enough to have her dream job of a Delta flight attendant for over 20 years. She loved seeing new places and often called her coworkers her Delta family. She loved taking amazing trips and often took her family with her on wonderful adventures.

If you were lucky enough to know her, you knew she loved you. Crystal was never at a loss for words. Her smile would light up a room and her laugh would echo through the halls. Her favorite color was purple and she wore it as often as she could in every shade. She would give you the shirt off her back and often did for people in need. She would drop everything to be there by your side if you needed her. Crystal tried to never miss a sunset and was known to pull over and just watch them now and then.

As the sun sets today we will morn her, but celebrate her life the way she wanted. She was a beloved mother, sister, aunt, and friend. We will never forget you and always love you.
A memorial service is being held at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Denton, TX at 10:30am on August 13th 2016.
