Obituary
Curtis Thorson passed away on November 3, 2012 in Denton, Texas. He was born on May 17, 1957 in Sioux City, IA to Russell and Joanne Thorson. Curtis worked at Peterbilt for many years.
Curtis is preceded in death by his father, Russell Thorson; a sister, Deborah Thorson; and his beloved companions, Sassy and Brownie. He is survived by his mother, Joanne Thorson; his wife, Jan Thorson; a daughter, Syble Bankston; 3 sons, Michael and his wife Lisa Newman, Chris and his wife Angel Newman, and Richard and his wife Shelli Thorson; sister, Diane and her husband John Reeves; brother, Doug Thorson; niece, Jessica Reeves; and 8 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012 from 6:00-8:00 pm at DeBerry Funeral Directors. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at 2:00 pm at Prairie Mound Cemetery in Argyle, TX.
