Cynthia Lorraine Locker, born to Don and Vivien Taylor on January 8, 1976. She leaves to morn her passing a 16 year old son, Tommy, whom she loved with all her heart. She is also survived by her parents; sister, Natalie, brother, Brian and wife Anna; and three nephews, Carson, Eli and Davis.

Cindy was born blind but found her nook in the world by being a licensed massage therapist, with hands blessed by God, because she prayed over each of her patients. Her church, Towne North Baptist Church was her true love.

Visitation will be Thursday, July 25, 2013 from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. with a service at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors. Burial will be next week in Panama City FL..

The family would like to recognize Towne North Baptist Church for all the wonderful meals and so many prayers. Our thanks to Dr. Jasti, Dr. Rana and their loving staff. Sophia, her true and faithful canine will miss her ever so much.
