Obituary
Darleen Kotulan, 84 of Dallas passed away Thursday, May 31, 2012 at UT Southwestern St. Paul in Dallas. She was born April 11, 1928 in Gainesville, TX to Clay Smith and Sara Elizabeth Von Smith. She married Edward Henry Kotulan on February 17, 1948 in Gainesville. He preceded her in death in 2005. She was a member of Richland Hills Church.
Visitation will be Saturday, June 2, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at DeBerry Funeral Directors. Graveside services will be held at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio on Thursday, June 7, 2012 at 9:45 A.M.
She is survived by sons, Donald Edward Kotulan and wife Carol of Wichita Falls; Timothy Henry Kotulan of Dallas; and 3 grandchildren, Kaeli, Kelsi and Kassidy Kotulan. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband.
