David Wayne Fowler

David Wayne Fowler, 69 of Justin passed away September 21, 2026 at home. He was born April 16, 1957 in Fort Worth, TX to Murl K. and Evelyn Louise Griffin Fowler. David attended Northwest Schools in Justin.

He married Cathy Sherman on December 3, 1973. They attended Ponder Baptist Church. David enjoyed Fishing, Hunting, Scuba Diving, Rodeos and Motorcycles. He was employed by Lockheed Martin where he was a troubleshooting supervisor.

The family will be at DeBerry Funeral Directors on Thursday, September 24, 2026 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. for visitation.

A funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m., Friday, September 25, 2026 in the Chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors. He will be laid to rest at the Tishomingo City Cemetery in Tishomingo, OK where his parent are at rest.

David is survived by his wife, Cathy Fowler of Justin, daughter Linda Fowler Knox and her husband Clay Knox, brother, Rob Fowler, 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by, his parents, son, Nathan Wayne Fowler, brother Keneth Fowler.
