David LeRoy Norfolk, 60, of Grapevine passed away on March 28, 2021 in Dallas, Texas. David was born in Leonardtown, Maryland on October 17, 1960 to Wesley and Beverly (Waters) Norfolk.

David joined the US Navy in in 1979 and served on the USS Forrestal, he was discharged in 1985. David later married "D.J." Norfolk in Dallas, Texas on December 25, 1996. He worked for TNA Solutions in Coppell for fifteen years until his passing.

David was a vibrant man, and his sense of humor was one of his traits that people will never forget. He had a gift of making light of any situation with his charm and humor.

David was a long-time member of the Denton County Chapter of the Boozefighers Motorcycle Club. A dedicated brother, whose heart and soul was all about the Club and his Brothers. While fighting medical issues, David was still active. Having surgery one day and traveling the next day for Boozefighter functions. He was known as "BFD" to his club brothers.

David will be greatly missed by anyone that knew him and those that loved him. Ride Free Dave.

He is survived by his wife of 24 years, D.J. Norfolk, daughter, Amber "Nikki" Norfolk, Jami Byers, brothers, Steve Norfolk, Bryan Norfolk, Gary Norfolk, sister, Jennifer Conway, Sherry Norfolk Sirianni, Andrea Fantacci. Grandson, Joseph David Byers.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father.

A committal service will be held at the Dallas/Ft. Worth National Cemetery on April 6, 2021 at 10:15 AM.
